Side Meetings at UArctic Congress 2022

UArctic members, activities and partners may request meeting space for side meetings at the UArctic Congress 2022. Please note that these side meetings are arranged in the same periods as the parallel sessions, but every effort will be made to avoid potential conflicts. The hosts, Lomonosov Moscow State University, will handle the requests and arrange meeting facilities. The event website and call for abstracts will be published in January, and the registration will open early in 2022.

In your request, please indicate:

Name of the Session and Title/Name of Organizers
Estimated number of participants
Closed (invite-only) or open participation
Preferred date (Oct 4-7)
Preferred duration (60 or 90 minutes)
Any technical requirements for the meeting room

These requests should be submitted by email to congress@uarctic.org by Feb 15, 2022.
